Auerbach Funds is a privately held real estate investment firm seeking to provide investors with consistent returns while managing risk. We invest in distressed, deep value-add investments in both primary and secondary markets throughout the United States and follow an opportunistic strategy. Founded in 2016, Auerbach Funds manages over $640 million in total asset value, comprising of over 6.45 million square feet, across three close-ended funds. Auerbach’s opportunistic funds seek to make real estate investments across the U.S. that are distressed, mismanaged or under-performing assets within the multifamily, retail, senior housing and specialty classes.
