It provides routine vehicle maintenance—such as tires, oil, battery replacement, brakes, and suspension work—priced competitively. The company also runs the first exclusive automotive marketplace in the country, expanding its catalog to more than 500,000 products that cover the broader automotive market and related mobility sectors, including items for motorcycles, bicycles, caravans, scooters, industrial uses, and nautical applications, with additional home and lifestyle goods offered on its online platform. Products come from established brands such as Pirelli, Firestone, Bridgestone, Monroe, Bosch, and Brembo, supported by a team of professional mechanics and a long-standing history in the industry.

Headquartered in Leganés, in the Community of Madrid, Aurgi operates around sixty-four centers primarily in Madrid, Andalusia, Catalonia, and the Valencian Community. The organization is mid-sized and employs several hundred people, reflecting a substantial regional footprint developed over roughly fifty years. In addition to maintenance services, the brand provides a broad array of aftermarket parts and accessories, aligned with leading manufacturers and backed by its experienced service staff.
