The Automation Division at McIver Engineering & Controls provides end-to-end solutions in robotic automation, vision systems, and custom industrial automation platforms designed to meet demanding production requirements. As a FANUC Authorized Systems Integrator (ASI), we deploy both standard and advanced robotic systems—including the FANUC M-410 series for high-speed, heavy-duty palletizing, and the FANUC CRX-25iA collaborative robot for applications requiring space efficiency, human-robot interaction, and rapid deployment. Our robotic cells integrate seamlessly with upstream and downstream automation, including conveyors, vision systems, and plant MES platforms. Our engineering team specializes in the design, fabrication, and validation of custom industrial control panels, developed to meet UL, CUL, NFPA79A, and other client-specific standards. We are a certified UL508A panel shop and UL 698A control panel provider, capable of supporting both general industrial and hazardous-classified environments. Each panel is built in-house for full quality control, pre-shipped testing, and streamlined installation. Our automation solutions are engineered for throughput optimization, safety compliance (ANSI/RIA R15.06), and long-term maintainability. We apply a disciplined controls engineering process: block diagram development, I/O definition, network topology, safety risk assessments, PLC/HMI programming (Rockwell, Siemens, etc.), and commissioning.
