Automation Systems & Controls, Inc. (ASCI) offers comprehensive mechanical & electrical engineering, design, programming, and fabrication services.

ASCI is a Certified Systems Integrator with Rockwell Automation.  We do industrial control systems, process control and plant floor data acquisition.  We also have a panel shop, where we fabricate industrial control panels to the UL508A standard.  We have the ability to install what we fabricate. Our electrical construction group gives us the ability to provide design, fabrication, installation, commissioning and startup services to industrial clients.
ASCI Electrical Division has completed multiple major re-engineering projects where existing systems were completely removed and replaced with state-of-the-art customer solutions. The re-engineering projects were accomplished within budget, on time and within the allocated production maintenance window. We understand that production downtime is lost revenue for our customers.

ASCI Mechanical Division offers capabilities in process piping, conveyors, industrial duct collection, ductwork, structural & miscellaneous steel fabrication.  We do equipment design, fabrication and installation as well.  All of our electrical & mechanical staff are OSHA & MSHA trained & certified.  We have not had a lost time accident in the past 5 years, with a current EMR rating of 0.87.
