ASC is an Indianapolis-Based Sales Training Cooperative. Our Mission is “Inspiring Today’s Sales Professionals to Become Students of Excellence”. We exist to provide consistently high-level training for dealerships that wouldn’t otherwise have the resources to keep a professional sales trainer on staff.

The inspiration for the company came as the internet shook the automotive market in 2002 and forced dealers into a “race to the bottom” with their prices, which happened just as manufacturers were working to shrink dealer margins. 

With ASC, your managers and sales professionals are trained in a process designed to move your customers smoothly through the buying process and result in a win-win agreement at the end of the day. Your customers see the value of all you offer and leave happy with their experience while allowing you to maintain a fair profit.

We believe that Automotive Sales is an honorable profession and that dealers deserve to have highly skilled professionals representing their interests. We cultivate professionals who are Students of Excellence.

Over his three decades in the business, David has collected and combined the “best of the best” principles and practices for his course curricula. 

Influences include Steven Covey, Og Mandino, The Bible, various sports coaching authorities, and many others. The result is, students, come away with a firm grasp of bedrock principles that serve them through any circumstance in their lives and careers.

One component of excellence is “Being So Good That You Become a Benefit to Others”. We strive to embody that in service of our clients just as we work to impart that ethic in our students.
