We also are underway on an exciting new site in Southwark, in the Old Kent Road opportunity area, on the site known as Ruby Triangle. The proposals are for 1,152 new homes including 40% affordable homes and a new sports centre for the community benefit. In 2018 Avanton purchased another exciting 4 acres site in Richmond, which it intends to develop into a residential led mixed use scheme of the highest quality, with 453 new homes, including 40% affordable homes. In 2019 Avanton increased its commitment to the Old Kent Road regeneration area, by acquiring 2 more exciting sites, now with a total of over 2,100 new homes in development in the regeneration area. We are currently on the hunt for regeneration sites in and around central London.
