Our current portfolio includes THE BeCa, a major new scheme in the Old Kent Road Opportunity Area. Part of the wider Ruby Triangle masterplan, it will deliver over 1,100 new homes, 40% of which will be affordable, alongside a new community sports centre. Construction is underway, with completion expected in Q1 2027.

In Battersea, we delivered Coda, a landmark residential development that is home to the Royal Academy of Dance, bringing a new neighbourhood of townhouses and apartments to the area.

With a pipeline of 3,885 homes across multiple sites, Avanton is playing a leading role in shaping London’s future.
