Avier Flight School is a training facility located north of Boston, MA that specializes in creating pilots in command in the most efficient timeframe possible. We exercise a philosophy of teaching through positive reinforcement of positive outcomes at all times. Positive outcomes are carefully planned for, and tasks are diverted when success is in doubt. This means that we spend the maximum time reinforcing desirable outcomes in the interest of supporting aviation safety. 

We provide highly structured and accountable training via an online system of materials and lesson plans. We utilize the "flipped learning" concept in our programs as well, meaning that all of the materials are available to the student for study and preparation in advance of the meeting with the professional instructor. The valuable time spent with the instructor on the ground and in the airplane is treated as an opportunity for growth, and problem solving at a higher level than if everything were presented at Rote level, in person.
