Our equipment is available for pickup at any of our 4 California locations, or can be delivered, setup and operated by our highly skilled AV technicians.

Our AV gear is ideal for any size event, from 10-1000 people. We do everything from small consumer social events (birthday parties, weddings, bar mitzvahs) to large, high-end, professionally produced conferences, C-level meetings, fundraisers and galas for demanding corporate and non-profit customers.  

We have done thousands of small and large events in all the major hotel, corporate offices, conference centers, outdoor venues and event spaces throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Greater Los Angeles/Orange County Area, and beyond.  Using a combination of state-of-the-art projection, sound systems and lighting, Avista assists event/meeting planners in successfully communicating with any audience.
