Axim Fringe Solutions Group, LLC is a Rockville-based firm operating in the Human Resources Services sector. It specializes in employee benefits consulting, crafting strategies that offer stronger benefits while containing costs over time. As a government contractor, the company aims to strengthen current awards and provide a competitive edge on new awards, adopting a model that reduces overhead and general and administrative expenses by aligning services with fringe dollars. The operation includes a voluntary benefits platform designed specifically for government contractors funded through fringe dollars, intended to protect employees and support retention.

The firm provides compliance support, including subcontract compliance management and auditable DOL recordkeeping, and notes its SDVOSB status as a means to help contractors meet set-aside credit requirements without workshare; health and welfare dollars spent are eligible for such credits. In February 2024, the U.S. Department of Labor filed a complaint alleging ERISA violations involving AXIM and two employees, highlighting a recent regulatory development relevant to the company's context.
