When I first started my employment with B&B Auto Sales, I remember sitting in Paul’s office and him telling me to “focus on the customer, the relationship….the cars will sell themselves”. I had heard this sort of thing in the past, but somehow I knew he meant it in a way that was much more sincere than any way I had heard it before. Since that time, we as a company have lived that “philosophy” in ways that have completely changed the face of our business.

The changes to better serve our customers have been dynamic. From the introduction of a complete functioning service department all the way down to the way paperwork is processed, the bottom line is that if it doesn’t serve our customers needs….we change it. This also lines up with the belief that we as a company WILL treat others in the same way we wish to be treated ourselves. Those are more than simple words to us. They lie in the bedrock of our Christian faith.
