B-Line Construction, Inc. is a full-service construction company that specializes in residential remodeling, insurance restoration, and commercial tenant improvement work.  Our residential remodeling division is a full-service remodeling division capable of all varieties of remodeling work; including, design creation, additions, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, garage additions, interior remodels, etc… Our draftsman works with the owner and contractor to create the owner’s dream home.

B-Line Construction’s President, Chris Lattuada, has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He is a licensed general contractor, a member of the National Association of Remodelers Industry, a Certified Kitchen and Bathroom Specialist, and a Certified Remodeler and a Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist.

B-Line Construction, Inc. is highly respected by clients, other contractors and the Building Department officials for the City of Sacramento, and all other Building Department officials throughout the Sacramento Region.
