Bacchus Management Group is a mid-sized restaurant and hospitality management and consulting firm based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2001 by Tim Stannard, Andrew Green, Chef Mark Sullivan, and Brannin Beal, it oversees the daily operations of multiple award-winning restaurants in the San Francisco Bay Area, including the Michelin-starred Spruce in San Francisco, The Village Pub in Woodside, Mayfield Bakery & Café in Palo Alto, and four Pizza Antica locations. Its portfolio also encompasses a private five-acre organic farm (SMIP Ranch), a wholesale coffee business (RoastCo) with roasting capabilities, a wholesale and retail artisan bakery, and partnerships with international winemakers and spirits distillers. In addition to operating its own venues, Bacchus provides consulting services for other food and hospitality ventures, covering concept development, menu and wine-list guidance, service standards, operational controls, people services, and marketing and full-service management. In March 2025, reports noted the departure of a leadership figure from Bacchus Management Group.
