Baker & Colson, P.C. was established in 1972. It commenced operations with Jim Baker and Randy Colson, founding shareholders. Charles Dhulst, shareholder, joined the firm in 1981. The firm is comprised of 13 staff members including Certified Public Accountants, Licensed Tax Consultants, Enrolled Agents, and Licensed Tax Preparers. Baker & Colson, P.C. is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, Gresham Chamber of Commerce, and Sandy Chamber of Commerce.
