Founded in 1987, Bali Construction, Inc., a Minority owned General Engineering Contractor, has crafted a niche for itself in heavy civil construction. With many projects behind us, we are experienced in the installation of underground utilities, engineered shoring systems, structural & non structural concrete, asphalt and concrete street removal and replacement, retaining walls, mass excavation and extensive demolition.
Calling the greater Los Angeles area home, we are licensed by the State of California as an A General Engineering Contractor with several specialty licenses:
C4 — Hot Water Heating, Steam Fitting & Boiler
C16 — Fire Sprinklers
C36 — Plumbing

Familiar with large and small private and public projects, we have served both as a Prime contractor and a Subcontractor. We have completed projects of entire B-permit packages including underground utilities, street work, lighting and other specialty trades. We have completed each project without claims or lawsuits and we have completed every one of these projects in a way that has earned us an excellent reputation for service, safety, integrity, a thorough knowledge of our work.
