Baltimore Mediation was established in 1993 by Louise Phipps Senft as the first mediation firm in the State of Maryland with all services from a transformative approach. For eighteen years, the consultants at Baltimore Mediation have been in the day-to-day business of mediating interpersonal and multi-party disputes and facilitating divergent group dialogue, and providing the highest quality training and mentoring in conflict transformation and mediation. We are among the leadership in our profession and have a number of trainings immediately available for open registration. 

Our emphasis is placed on quality dialogue as a pathway to common ground and greater understanding in relationship disputes. Along the way, problems get solved, healing occurs and parties gain clarity in decision making.
