BAM Software and Services provided customized gaming applications for licensed and regulated online and land-based operators, principally in the real money gaming, racing, tournaments and skill games markets.

BAM Software and Services was a team of experienced executives and software developers who created and launched the BAM Interactive Platform, which offered the premier online platform for interactive real money horse and greyhound racing and competitive games. Based in the United States, with all betting operations fully licensed and regulated in the United States, BAM Software developed, launched and supported a racing and games platform for licensed operators to offer real money betting and game play.

To support the BAM Interactive Platform, there were agreements with over three hundred racetracks from across the country and around the globe which permitted our licensed operators to offer real money wagering on their races, commingling all wagers with the host race track pools, and supporting live horse and greyhound racing. We were fully integrated with handicapping information providers, totalizator providers, video streaming providers, electronic payment processors, real time age verification provider, and real time geo-location software to provide a full featured system. With these capabilities, were able to offer the most advanced wagering platform in the industry, and satisfied and often exceeded applicable legal requirements.

BAM was formed in early 2007. The first iteration of the the BAM Interactive Platform was launched for Lien Games Racing LLC, a licensed off-track betting system, in 2008, with the introduction of BetAmerica.com. That was followed by the launches of TrackInfo.com and OnlineRacing.TV, among others. The BAM Interactive Platform and BetAmerica.com were sold to Churchill Downs in 2017. The founders then organized Potent Systems, designed to expand the audience for pari-mutuel wagering.
