We are a manufacturers representative agency in the fishing, hunting, outdoor and athletic industry. We specialize in building relationships to help businesses grow in a competitive landscape. We market products to key accounts and many dealers in our territory throughout the Gulf Coast region. We take a vested interest with each client relationship, as we are an extension of our brand. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best products available in the market who can then market them to consumers throughout the territory. 


Our agency started as The James A. Giesecke Company in 1952 in Dallas, Texas. Our President and Founder, Clarke Baratti started in the sporting goods industry in 1984 right out of college and joined the Giesecke Company in 1986. In 1995, a separate agency was formed to represent Columbia Sportswear and its licensees exclusively while still operating the Giesecke Company separately. In 2010, Baratti Marketing Group purchased New Millennium Marketing and in 2017 Baratti Marketing purchased the existing shares of The James A. Giesecke Company. 


Our home office and full service showroom is located in Spring, Texas - just north of Houston. We are a full service manufacturers rep agency consisting of 9 seasoned Sales Representatives along with an Internal Analyst.
