Barclay began by developing neighborhood centers and single-tenant buildings anchored by Publix, Walgreens, Target, and Fry’s. The company grew in size and scale of projects with the completion of over five power centers. Barclay Group’s most notable project is the 1,000,000+ square feet Tucson Spectrum in Tucson, Arizona. Barclay has a significant presence in the retail market with over 120 completed centers and counting. The company’s niche is partnering with national tenants and assisting them in expanding into new markets.

Barclay Group is an active residential developer in the eastern region of the country. The firm has joint ventured with many national home builders such as Ryland Homes, MI Homes, Lennar Homes, KB Homes, and Taylor Morrison Homes.
