Barr Engineering has worked in the existing building market for over 49 years, providing quality installation and service work.  

Our field service technicians and project personnel are located throughout, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Bernardino Counties & are grouped geographically for effective dispatching.  We provide timely emergency service with well-trained technicians within 4 hours of the initial call (2 hours when requested).  All of our repair work has a warranty for one year and in some cases for eighteen (18) months.
	
	We are always ready and able to advise you on innovative solutions to solve difficult problems, such as logistics, duct redesign, energy efficiency, existing systems retrofits and alternative dehumidification solutions.  We have over five decades of experience in developing innovative solutions to complex problems that maybe associated with any HVAC Building Systems.

Training is an essential component for successful building and system management.  We provide ongoing training for our sales, service, installation and administrative staff at Barr Engineering, as well as offering the same training to our customers.

Barr Engineering's areas of expertise are organizationally structured to provide air conditioning systems maintenance and repair services, engineering and installation of air conditioning systems. The auditing, engineering and installation of energy reduction systems is the third group within Barr’s structure that effectively lowers buildings operating costs.
