Our proprietary polymer concrete material (mineral casting or synthetic granite) is designed for casting our engineered bases and structural components. Zanite Plus is a combination of epoxy, high quality natural quartz aggregate and selected additives creating an environmentally friendly material used as a non-metallic polymer concrete. Zanite Plus offers significant vibration reduction, thermal stability and superior corrosion resistance and can be cast to exact finished tolerances. Zanite Plus replaces traditional materials, such as iron, aluminum and steel, used in the manufacture of bases and other like structural components.
