Cultural and Tourism Growth The council manages a UNESCO World Heritage city with six million annual visitors and ongoing plans for a major cultural asset, including a potential £54m fashion museum. This indicates opportunities around visitor experience tech, museum infrastructure, digital signage, heritage conservation, and sponsorship/funding platforms.

Digital Transformation Partners Existing tech stack includes Microsoft Clarity, Snowplow, Power BI, AutoCAD, Drupal, SharePoint, AWS services, and Azure. Potential sales fits include data analytics deployments, customer journey insights, CAD-for-asset projects, content management modernization, and cloud hosting/managed services for public sector workloads.

Sustainability and Education Active focus on climate and ecological emergency with community engagement programs and recycling education partnerships. Opportunities for environmental tech, waste reduction platforms, sustainability reporting, and public engagement tools that drive behavior change and measurable outcomes.

Infrastructure and Construction New site development and construction activities at Englishcombe Lane and other assets signal demand for project management, BIM/CAD collaboration, contract management, and digital twins. Potential clients for design software, construction analytics, and secure collaboration environments.

Funding and Partnerships Recent grants and partnerships with major funders (National Lottery Heritage Fund, hosting contracts) imply appetite for grant management, grant compliance solutions, and shared services by external partners. Strategic fit for proposals, funding tracking systems, and public-private collaboration platforms.
