Battle Creek Unlimited (BCU) is a nonprofit organization that serves as the business and economic development arm for the City of Battle Creek. Based in Battle Creek, Michigan, it supports new and growing companies, as well as those relocating to the area, by connecting them with resources to start or expand their operations. Its services include site selection, redevelopment assistance, workforce research, and access to incentives and financing to maximize investments in Southwest Michigan. Established in 1972 to market and manage the transformation of the former Fort Custer military property into the Fort Custer Industrial Park, BCU helped create Michigan’s largest certified industrial park at the time.

As a nonprofit focused on economic development, BCU acts as the city's partner in attracting investment and creating jobs in Southwest Michigan. A May 2026 update indicates Site Selection Magazine named Battle Creek a top Tier 3 metro, with the designation effective July 1, 2025.
