BayWa r.e. Wind, LLC is the U.S. subsidiary of Germany global conglomerate BayWa AG and responsible for the development, construction and operation of wind farms in North America. Once a project has been placed into service, we either divest or partner in the operating assets. Large international investors such as Goldman Sachs or Macquarie as well as domestic utilities such as ConEd or NorthWestern Energy have acquired our projects.
