Targeted Def/Space BBH Consulting is a small, minority-owned, SBA 8(a) certified defense contractor with a strong foothold near Hill Air Force Base and a focus on engineering support, IT systems development, and depot maintenance. This positions them well for U.S. DoD procurement opportunities, especially those requiring small business set-asides and specialized technical talent.

Govt Focused Growth With a history of providing program management, logistics, research, analysis, training, and mentoring to federal and state entities, BBH presents opportunities to upsell expanded services in DoD programs, acquisition reforms, and depot-level maintenance contracts as expansion into new bases or facilities occurs.

Proven credibility Being 100% minority-woman owned and SBA 8(a) certified signals favorable eligibility for set-aside contracts and potential sole-source opportunities, which can be leveraged to pursue prime partnerships and subcontracting roles on larger DoD programs.

Tech Enablement bbH utilizes a modern tech stack including analytics and AI tools (OpenAI, Fullstory, Microsoft Clarity, Snowplow) and advertising/measurement platforms. This indicates capacity to offer data-driven decision support, digital transformation, and performance optimization services to clients seeking improved operational efficiency.

Revenue Band With current revenue in the 1-10 million range and a lean headcount distribution (50-200 employees with 140+ in Utah), BBH has room to scale through multi-year DoD programs, focusing on expanding contracting capacity, adding program management talent, and pursuing larger, multi-year deployments.
