Dr. Sundberg has about 25 years of experience in behavior analysis, studied under Dr. Jack Michael, earned his Ph.D. from Western Michigan University, and teaches Verbal Behavior at Ball State University; he also served as president of the Hoosier Association for Behavior Analysis in 2010.

Operating within the wellness and fitness services sector, BACA provides developmental supports for children and aims to build language, social, and daily living competencies. In 2022, the organization opened a new location in Indianapolis, and in 2026 it announced the opening of a South Bend Learning Center as part of its expansion.
