Beiersdorf Shared Services (BSS) is a wholly owned Beiersdorf affiliate with over 400 employees worldwide and is responsible for IT and Finance services for the Beiersdorf Group. BSS was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. Since 2022, the affiliate in Poznan, Poland, is a European hub of BSS.

IT is a key driver of Beiersdorf's digital transformation and pursues the goal of adding value for consumers with innovative skin care products and solutions in a digitalized world – based on a high-performing, agile, and competitive IT. Around 300 IT experts create the basis for growth and competitive advantages with future-oriented IT solutions and deliver a demonstrable value contribution to Beiersdorf as IT.

BSS Global Finance Services is the business partner for Finance processes within the Beiersdorf Group. An international team of around 130 employees is responsible for more than 110 Beiersdorf Consumer affiliates and manages all processes for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. At the Poland site, the division is responsible for the European Supply Chain Controlling. Moreover, a continuously growing team is intensively working on the standardization, digitization, and automation of Finance processes, thus making a significant contribution to Beiersdorf's strategy and corporate success.
