Our hospitality and real estate activities started in Miami in 1999 with our The Miamihabitat group which became the largest vacation rental company in Miami. The group was also involved in condo conversions, single family renovations, and new construction with the Absolut Loft South Beach. By 2015 the group started developments in Mont Tremblant, Quebec Canada and in Harbour Island Bahamas and withdrew from the US market. In 2022 our group changed its name to Belair Resorts Group. Belair Tremblant opened up its doors in 2018 with the development of a project residential and hospitality. We acquired a 543 acres property with the planification of 133 homes and resort made up of up to 90 lodging units. By mid 2022 our company sold 120 houses and we operate close to 40 Chalets, domes and pods. We created an out of the box new resort project on 150 acres of land. The lodging section is made up of 12 Minilofts and a mixture of domes and pods. Our Domes and pods are developed in a luxury 5 star hotel environment. Our resort includes a multitude of amenities such as a 10 000 square feet clubhouse with pool, yoga studio, a lake with kayaks, a farm, etc. Ekkisushi is one of the best restaurants in the Laurentians, our spa is top rated by our clients. We recently opened a grocery store. Our company is ready to launch a new Bel Air in the Bahamas and is in discussion with multiple groups wishing to collaborate on our innovative concepts. Our group launched a modular construction plant company called Loftypods with more than 50 modeles in this catalog. Our group is a developer of luxury mansions in Harbour Island Bahamas. We own and operate 3 of the most luxurious vacation rental homes on the island. 2 of them are 11 000 Square feet oceanfront homes with 9 bedrooms and full amenities. Our new project 60 acres Bel Air Bahamas is due to break ground in the last quarter of 2022. This new concept will include a resort of 70 large cottages and 44 waterfront homes.
