Belfast Metropolitan College is a major higher and further education institution based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It operates from a modern, purpose-built campus in the Titanic Quarter, including the e3 building with dedicated zones for digital media, manufacturing technology, catering, business incubation for SMEs, and renewable technologies, as well as studios and training facilities for industry-standard education. The college aims to align its course provision with current skills needs and anticipated future demand, helping learners gain employment, progress professionally, or access higher education. It is the largest college of its kind in Northern Ireland and the biggest educational institution in Belfast. In 2026 Belfast Met launched the NI Sectoral Leadership Programme, LEAD, a collaborative leadership development initiative across the Northern Ireland Further Education sector. The institution has also shown ongoing engagement with regional business and education partners through events and partnerships focused on digital skills, creativity, and innovation.
