Believe In Tomorrow Children’s Foundation is a Maryland-based nonprofit founded in 1982 that provides housing for families of critically ill children, supporting continuity of family life during medical crises. Its hospital housing program operates at Johns Hopkins Children’s Center in Baltimore, offering overnight accommodations for families while their child undergoes treatment or surgery. Since 1986, the organization has provided more than 900,000 overnight accommodations to families from all states and over 90 countries, reflecting its reach. In addition to hospital housing, the foundation runs a respite program that offers free retreat homes at beaches or mountains across Maryland, Delaware, and North Carolina, giving families a place to rest after a child’s treatment or recovery. It also operates a Military Initiative that prioritizes military families facing unique caregiving challenges during a child’s illness. In 2023, the organization announced a partnership with Great Wolf Lodge to support its residential programs.
