We are pleased and excited to announce the opening of the only local attorney owned-and-operated title insurance agency in Ross County. The law offices of Benson, McHenry & Sesser, LLC have teamed up with local real estate attorney Joseph E. Motes to form Benson | Motes, A Chicago Title Agency.

This title agency will enable us to offer our clients efficient and reliable title searches, title insurance and closing/settlement services at or less than the cost of any competitor. Collectively, the attorneys that comprise the Benson | Motes title agency have been in practice for over seventy (70) years. Jeffrey Benson has been in practicing real estate law in this community for over thirty (30) years, and Joseph E. Motes has been the local real estate/title authority for the last seventeen (17) years, while being licensed as a Chicago Title Agent that entire time. I am also routinely active in real estate litigation and have experience in complex real estate transactions with numerous businesses and individuals.
