This title agency will enable us to offer our clients efficient and reliable title searches, title insurance and closing/settlement services at or less than the cost of any competitor. Furthermore, our work is backed by experienced and respected attorneys who are local to this community, with names you can trust. That is a fact that no other local title agency is able to match.

Collectively, the attorneys that comprise the Benson | Motes title agency have been in practice for over seventy (70) years. Jeffrey Benson has been in practicing real estate law in this community for over thirty (30) years, and Joseph E. Motes has been the local real estate/title authority for the last seventeen (17) years, while being licensed as a Chicago Title Agent that entire time. I am also routinely active in real estate litigation and have experience in complex real estate transactions with numerous businesses and individuals.
