With the technological climate changing rapidly, and methods of communication quickly becoming less personal, it is essential to keep up with how people are communicating. Lets be honest when you think of technologically advances fields, real estate is not at the top of the list. 

Well Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas has set out to change that. We wanted to create an organization in which new technology was here to help sell your house quickly, as well as aid in finding the perfect new home. OK, let’s talk about these national internet companies (that aren’t real estate companies) that show homes with their “Valuations” or “What’s Your House Worth.” These companies scrape information from the tax rolls and Texas is a “non-discloser” state. Meaning people in Texas ‘disclose’ what they want to pay on taxes, not what the house is really worth.  The only real way to get a home valuation in Texas is get one from a real estate agent licensed in Texas, an agent who knows what they’re doing and has the tools to do it.
