BetaWest, LLC is a Colorado-based company that provides accounting, finance, fund administration, and ancillary services to companies investing in commercial real estate portfolios.

•	Accounting: fund and ownership level accounting. 
•	Reporting: institutional, accurate and on-time, customizable.
•	Fund Administration: investor relations portals, capital calls and distributions, wire transfers and cash management.
•	Project-based: asset management services, accounting for construction projects or renovations, transaction support.
