Bethany’s Gait is a non-profit ranch dedicated to “rescuing horses, restoring lives.”  The horses have been rescued from abuse/neglect or from folks who can no longer care for them.  Most of the children and young adults who come to the ranch are broken and hurting.  Some live in the foster system, others are dealing with depression or anxiety, and still others are struggling to stay sober after falling into the depths of addiction.  The ranch also serves military and their families.  The healing for both horse and human takes place through a bond that is developed based on unconditional love, unwavering trust and a keen understanding of what the other has been through.
