BGiC Foundation is a small nonprofit in the computer and network security space focused on increasing awareness and diversity for Black women pursuing entry-level careers in cybersecurity, STEM, and privacy. It offers educational webinars and events (virtual and in-person), hands-on training, scholarships, and partnerships to broaden access to opportunities. Based in Marietta, Georgia, the organization was founded in July 2020 after the launch of the #BlackGirlsInCyber campaign.

It positions itself as a nonprofit focused on diversity and workforce development within cybersecurity and related fields, rather than a vendor of products or services. A notable development is its February 2023 partnership with HBCU Prep School to teach online safety and introduce cybersecurity careers to students, illustrating its collaboration-based approach.
