BHW Solicitors is an independent law firm based in Leicester, serving clients across the East Midlands. Founded in 2003 as a clean-sheet operation, the practice has grown organically into a mid-sized firm focused on both commercial and private client work. Its practice areas include corporate and commercial matters, commercial property, IT and IP, dispute resolution, employment, and residential conveyancing.

The firm has earned recognition in leading industry guides for its work, with multiple departments highlighted in the Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners rankings for corporate/commercial and real estate in the region. It is described as owner-managed, a structure it says supports close client attention and high standards, and it positions itself as delivering large-firm expertise at a smaller firm scale, particularly for SME clients. In March 2026, BHW expanded its Dispute Resolution team with the appointment of Zara Abbas.
