Bialik College is a K-12 school located on a single campus in Hawthorn, Victoria, delivering an inclusive approach to Judaism as Melbourne's only cross-communal Jewish Zionist school. The college combines a family-like environment where staff know students personally with a wide range of opportunities inside and outside the classroom. Its early years and primary education emphasize child-centered learning inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and are underpinned by the Cultures of Thinking philosophy developed with Harvard's Project Zero.

The school is non-selective and has consistently ranked among Victoria's top five VCE performers for 16 of the past 17 years, making it the highest achieving Jewish school in the state. In 2021 it received recognition as the Most Improved school, and it maintains participation in broader activities such as competitive swimming at a high level. The institution supports philanthropic and community initiatives through its B’Yachad Foundation, with a Foundation Director appointed in 2019, and it operates in Hawthorn as a mid-sized educational setting.
