The organization provides a nationwide toll-free phone number that can be used to contact the BIA of Illinois to request information and resources. The BIA of Illinois hosts 3 websites that provide brain injury information, educational materials and resources. The organization has the only camps in Illinois developed specifically for children, teens and adults who have sustained a brain injury. There are support groups around the state of Illinois. An educational conference is held each year. The BIA of Illinois offers ACBIS (Certified Brain Injury Specialist) training and examination. The organization provides injury prevention and public awareness programs.
