Acquisition momentum S&B Engineers acquired Bibb Eac in 2021, indicating potential integration of Bibb’s client base and project backlog into a larger EPC platform. This presents cross-sell opportunities to S&B’s broader contract ecosystem and access to expanded opportunities in power, industrial, and architecture projects.

Industrial and energy focus Bibb serves power/energy, industrial, and architecture sectors with capabilities in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls engineering and architecture. This positions them to pursue combined engineering and construction management engagements across utilities, refineries, chemicals, manufacturing and facilities upgrades.

Midwest footprint Located in mid-town Kansas City with a hands-on, personal service approach, Bibb could target regional utility providers, universities and industrial firms seeking turnkey multi-disciplined design-build support and faster decision cycles.

Multi-discipline leverage In-house capabilities span civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, controls and architecture plus procurement and construction management, enabling bundled solutions for complex projects such as steam and gas turbine installations, district energy, and energy efficiency upgrades.

Financial and growth signal Current revenue range of 10 to 25 million with a 51-200 employee base shows a medium-sized firm with room to scale via strategic partnerships, expanded services, or targeted bids on larger EPC-style opportunities in power, processing, and industrial sectors.
