The Biden Cancer Initiative is determined to bring urgency to the fight against cancer and to transform cancer research and care systems for the 21st century.

The Initiative brings to life Vice President Joe Biden and Dr. Jill Biden’s vision of a day when we can effectively prevent, diagnose, treat and care for every cancer patient. 

We are an independent nonprofit organization that builds on the Cancer Moonshot’s goals and impact and that channels what we learned from that effort into programs that will make a real difference in the lives of patients for generations to come.
