For over 50 years we have been providing quality housing and services for older people in Scotland. We have grown from humble beginnings, starting out with one housing development in Bo’ness. We now provide a wide range of housing and services for around 15,000 people across 22 local authority areas. All our housing is designed especially with the older person in mind. We offer different types of housing to suit varying needs. Frailer older people are suited to our Care Housing whilst the more active are suited to our amenity or retirement housing.
