Big Dog Lacrosse's philosophy emphasizes important lifelong lessons that transcend the playing field.  Our coaches and staff understand the mission and believe that success lies beyond wins and losses and more in the development of the player.

Our goal is to develop a L.E.A.D.E.R. philosophy in all the players involved with our programs. To be a L.E.A.D.E.R., we instill the life long values of:

We focuses on individual and overall team skills to create a positive, competitive, and most importantly a motivated learning environment. We look for players who show an ability to be coached and those who are ready to commit to themselves and to the sport. We introduce new concepts and continually reinforce individual and team techniques.
