Big G Electric & Engineering, LLC is a mid-sized contractor based in Soldotna, Alaska, serving the oil and gas sector. The company provides electrical, instrumentation, and automation support exclusively, focusing on professional EI&A expertise to support project execution. By not offering welding, pipefitting, or roustabout services, it concentrates on its core trades and emphasizes supervising EI&A professionals who lead the craft teams in the field. This approach is designed to maintain a high level of craftsmanship within its scope of work.

It positions itself among the larger EI&A-focused contractors in Alaska, aiming to deliver reliable, specialized services to clients with complex EI&A needs. In October 2020, Koniag, Inc. announced the acquisition of Big G Electric & Engineering, marking a notable ownership change and a potential channel for growth in the state.
