Big State Produce Company is a locally owned second generation produce company, fully incorporated in 2001. Our team is rooted in excellence, offering over 100 years’ of combined experience in the wholesale and fresh cut produce industry. We pride ourselves on offering creative solutions, by working closely with our clients to create a unique purchasing program tailored to the needs of their business.
 
Big State Produce Company is full line distributer from pounds to pallets in whole and fresh cut produce. We are currently contract vendors for the S.A. Food Bank, Haven for Hope, The Ford Academy, The YMCA, and the City of San Antonio; servicing the city’s Summer Nutrition, Pre-K 4 SA, & Senior Nutrition Programs. We are well versed in the needs of all federally and locally mandated nutrition programs and are excited to partner with our clients in a quest for nutritional excellence in San Antonio and beyond.
