Sustainability ties Opportunity to partner with Newton Public Schools on expanded sustainability initiatives leveraging the district’s Green Newton collaboration and waste diversion programs to offer scalable classroom and campus recycling solutions, data tracking, and student engagement tooling.

Tech stack fit Bigelow Middle School already uses a broad technology stack (AWS, Google Workspace, Adobe Experience Cloud, Jamf Pro, New Relic, Siteimprove). This presents a path to cross-sell or upsell additional educational analytics, experience customization, digital learning platforms, and device management enhancements.

Data-driven growth With a revenue footprint under one million and multiple neighboring private and public peers of similar size, there is potential to position scalable, cost-efficient edtech and admin software that improves operational efficiency, reporting, and parent/stakeholder communications.

Community partnerships Active involvement in Newton’s education ecosystem and recent news about district-wide initiatives suggests doors to collaborate on student engagement, communication portals, and community-facing apps that align with district goals and parental outreach.

Growing services Near-term opportunities exist in expanding support for cloud-based education tools, cybersecurity hygiene, and website/app modernization to align with district-wide digital initiatives and improve accessibility, performance, and user experience.
