Binc is a staffing and recruiting firm based in San Francisco, California. The company provided recruiting services for technology-focused roles and positioned itself around recruiting performance, inclusion practices, and a people-first culture, working inside some of the world’s leading technology companies. In 19 years of operation, Binc served clients by aligning talent acquisition with inclusive practices and performance-driven recruiting strategies.
Recently, the entire Binc team joined Robinhood, and Binc announced it will no longer operate as an independent recruiter. The move places the team within Robinhood’s recruiting function, with the stated aim of building a future-oriented recruiting team centered on people, inclusion, and performance while continuing to support Robinhood’s mission to democratize finance and expand access to financial services.
