Bio-Defense Network specializes in pandemic and bioterrorism preparedness for state and local public health departments. We assist health departments with emergency management planning, Open and Closed Points of Dispensing, volunteer management and Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP). The two principles of Bio-Defense Network, Harlan Dolgin and David Reddick, are both Certified Business Continuity Professionals and have more than 20 years between them in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning. Both Dolgin and Reddick were founding members of PandemicPrep.Org, a non-profit grassroots organization that has educated the local St. Louis community about the threats of pandemic and bioterrorism incidents and how to be more prepared for such events. Past clients include: St. Louis County Department of Health (MO); Maricopa County Department of Public Health (AZ); Dallas County Health and Human Services (TX); City of Independence Health Department (MO); Austin/Travis County Health and Human Services (TX); Jackson County Health Department (MO); and Oswego County Health Department (NY). In total, the company has worked with more than 80 local public health departments around the nation.
