Our vision is a world where self-acceptance empowers all girls to be their best, bold and beautiful self - inside and out. BIO Girls is a self worth building program serving girls in grades 2 - 6. BIO: Beautiful, Inside and Out. Our program combines life-skills lessons, small-group mentoring and physical activity. 

Founded in Fargo, ND in 2013, BIO Girls now has sites across the Midwest including North Dakota, Minnesota, South Dakota and Iowa. In 2018, An independent research study was conducted using a validated assessment tool measuring the impact of BIO Girls programming on participants. Research results showed significant improvements in participants in these areas: 
- Overall Quality of Life
- Self-Esteem
- Emotional Well-Being
- Physical Well-Being
- Home and School Life
