She combined her love for fashion and technology and launched birdsnest in 2004. birdsnest now employs over 140 team members, sells 200+ brands including eight we design in-house, and has become one of Australia's most respected and visited online stores. birdsnest was awarded Australia's Best Online Customer Service award at the ORIAS in 2015 and 2016 and is regularly commended in the media for its innovative approach to solving customers needs.
