For the past 12 years, Dan Birkholz has focused his practice on private criminal defense work. Dan vigorously defends his clients at every stage of the case from getting his clients immediately released from jail after being arrested; contesting the case at the omnibus hearing; to taking the case to Jury. Dan has tried cases ranging from First Degree Murder to Shoplifting and everything in between. Dan frequently handles drug cases, methamphetamine, cocaine and marijuana including both sales and possession cases.
